  6. Right to anonymization, as per article 18, IV, of the General Data Protection Law – Law No. 13.709/2018.
  7. Right to data portability, as per article 18, V, of the General Data Protection Law – Law No. 13.709/2018.
  8. Right to information about who has shared your personal data, as per article 18, VII, of the General Data Protection Law – Law No. 13.709/2018.
  9. Right to information regarding the possibility of not providing consent and the negative consequences, as per article 18, VIII, of Law No. 13.709/2018;
  10. Right to revoke consent, in a simple, accessible and facilitated manner, as per article 18, IX, of the General Data Protection Law – Law No. 13.709/2018.
  11. Right to petition against the Controller before the National Data Protection Authority, consumer protection agencies and/or the Judiciary, in accordance with articles 18, § 1, § 8, and 22 of the General Data Protection Law – Law No. 13.709/2018.
  12. The right not to be subject to, or to request reviews of, decisions taken solely on account of the automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, as set out in Article 20 of the General Data Protection Law – Law No. 13.709/2018.

Limitations of liability

Certain breaches of the confidentiality of your personal data may occur solely due to failures related exclusively to user conduct in digital environments. For this reason, users acknowledge and are aware that GSG Digital will not be held responsible.

  1. Due to the presence of viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful elements in digital media that are capable of making known or unknown alterations to your computer systems or to data and documents stored on your computer systems, resulting in unauthorized access to your personal data by third parties.
  2. For damages and losses of any and all kinds arising from unauthorized third-party access to your personal data, when such access has occurred due to a failure exclusively related to users or third parties and that is beyond the reasonable control of GSG Digital.

General Provisions

The terms of this Privacy Policy may be changed at any time, as needed to adapt and review the data collected and the purposes for which it is processed, and it is the responsibility of data subjects to check it from time to time.

If there are substantial changes to the purposes for which we collect personal data or to the legal bases that allow data processing, the affected data subjects will be notified, either through a prominent notice on the homepage of our websites.

In the event that any provision of this Privacy Policy is deemed illegal or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This privacy policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the provisions of the General Data Protection Law – Law No. 13.709/2018.

Any disputes or litigation related to this privacy policy shall be resolved before the Regional Court III – Jabaquara/Saúde in the State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
